OUTAGAMIE CO., Wis. (WFRV) -Local Five Ag Reporter Mike Austin was on scene for the second day of Farm Technology Days.

He talked with UW-Extension Agriculture Specialist Zen Miller about the finer points of cow comfort, especially during this summer's extreme heat.
