The Wisconsin Better Business Bureau is warning Packer fans to watch out for scammers selling playoff ticket's to Saturday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The bureau hasn't received any complaints yet, but they hope by getting the word out, people can avoid being conned.

During high demand events like NFL playoff games, con artists will take advantage of eager buyers.

Ticket King Vendor, Travis Loftus, said, "It's a money maker unfortunately.  The dirty scammers come out to make a pretty penny."

The B.B.B. has several tips to avoid getting scammed.

"Use a very trust worthy ticket broker.  It's so east for scammers to create fake ticket sites so make sure they're reputable.  And deal with someone local," suggests Wisconsin Better Business Bureau Spokesperson Susan Bach.

Most people get conned buying tickets outside the stadium or on the street because it's a fast transaction and buyers are paying in cash according to Loftus.

If you're purchasing tickets online, ask the vendor to send you a picture of the tickets and a copy of the receipt or other proof that the tickets aren't counterfeit.

Another tip, pay with a credit card instead of a debit card or cash because you can dispute the purchase with your credit card company if there is a problem.
