Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--The mission to train a skilled local workforce continues tonight at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

And now, those students will not only be training with local companies, but using locally-built equipment.

Today, NWTC and Miller Electric announced a partnership to supply more than a million dollars worth of new equipment to the college's welding labs.

The college president is agreement a win-win for everyone.

Says Jeff Rafn, " Miller Electric gets well-trained people using their equipment, and at the same time, we are getting the equipment we need to make sure these students are employable."

The agreement is a three year deal. The equipment being installed will be built at Mller plants in the Fox Cities.
