Isaac feels like Katrina to one Green Bay mother

GREEN BAY, WI (WFRV) News that Isaac is again a tropical storm is being welcomed by one Green Bay woman.  Her daughter is in the heart of the storm in New Orleans, facing mother nature's wrath for the second time in seven years.

 

At that time, when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Allie O'Connell's family fled the city and found refuge in Green Bay.

 

Kris Schuller reports over the last few days, she's been losing sleep, worried it was about to happen all over again.
