Float builders make final touches before Christmas parade

Appleton, Wis. (WFRV) - Thanksgiving maybe the official start of the Christmas season, but those of us in northeast Wisconsin know it really kicks off Tuesday night.

    

That's when the 42nd annual Appleton Downtown Christmas Parade takes place.
