Brillion, Wis.(WFRV)--
Traveling between the Fox Cities and the Lakeshore will be a lot smoother this holiday season.
That's because a seven-month long reconstruction project is finished on US Highway 10 in Brillion.
The two mile stretch between County Road HR and Francis Street reopened to traffic this morning.
Since May, it has undergone resurfacing, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades and new pavement marking and signing.
Business owners and drivers alike are glad to see the work done.
They hope the $7 million dollar project will boost business in the long run.
Local Five's Terry Kovarik has the story.
