Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) - Many people also head to the movie theater on Thanksgiving weekend.

Block buster movie titles like Wreckin Ralph, the final Twilight movie, 007 Skyfall and Red Dawn have opened in the past few weeks, giving movie goers plenty of choices this weekend.

For many families, a trip to the movie theater has become a tradition.

"My husband and my son hunt so they're hunting and her and  just do something special together, usually a movie or something fun at home, cooking or whatever," movie goer Shelly Baumgartner says.

Several area movie theaters including Silver Cinemas and Bay Park Cinema in Green Bay showed movies throughout Thursday evening.
