GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WFRV) A blanket drive is underway to keep low-income men, women and children warm this winter.

The Brown County United Way and the Greater Green Bay Labor Council Community Services Committee are hosting the 2nd annual event.

All new and gently used blankets will be distributed to area shelters and agencies.

The drive begins today and runs through January 29th.

Last year's drive collected more than 800 blankets and were distributed to 23 Brown County programs serving low-income men, women, and children.
