MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wisc. (WFRV) A 16-year-old is dead after a crash in Manitowoc County.

The accident happened around 3:30pm Monday on County Highway J at San Road near Reedsville. A milk tanker was southbound on CTH J when the 16-year-old male, Kollin Heimke, who was driving a 2000 Saab, didn't stop for a stop sign at the intersection. The Saab then struck the milk tanker.

The driver of the tanker, 47-year-old Jeffrey Pethan from Chilton, was taken to Theda Clark with non life threatening injuries.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
