Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- Green Bay's new Police Chief may not be a done deal.

The Police and Fire Commission has chosen interim Police Chief Tom Molitor to be the full-time Chief. However, he lives outside of the city which is against the rules.

Last night the personnel committee voted against allowing a police chief to live outside the city limits.

Now the city council will make their final decision early next month.

Local 5 will have more on this story tonight, beginning at 4 o'clock.
