Commission calls for changes to how state pays for roads

Madison, Wis. (WFRV)   A state commission is recommending numerous changes to the way Wisconsin pays for it's transportation system.

 

From tax increases, to new driver fees...but some are calling the proposals unnecessary.

 

Local 5's Kris Schuller has more.
