Snow emergency declared in Appleton

Appleton, Wis.(WFRV)-- The City of Appleton declared a snow emergency ban today, which means vehicles are not allowed to be parked on city streets until tomorrow morning at 9.
    The emergency snow parking ban just went into effect at 5 tonight... 
   So if you have a vehicle on the street do yourself a favor and move it.  
    Local Five's Donald Robinson talked to city workers the snow emergency ban in effect.
