Two Rivers plans to deal with gull problem

TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) -- Two Rivers city leaders are coming up with plans on how to deal with a growing gull problem in the lakeshore community.

Gulls used to number in the hundreds there, but now the flock has grown into the thousands.

So plans are being made to scare off the birds using everything from strings and banners at vacant lots to pyrotechnics and lasers to harass the birds into leaving.
