APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) Since 8:30 Friday morning, the Outagamie County Clerk's office has been reviewing each ballot cast in the April 3rd County Board Dist. 20 race.

Only 14 votes separated Ann Muenster from current leader Mike Thomas.  Two absentee ballots were counted this week in Muenster's favor and she claims there were also irregularities with a voting machine in Appleton.

On Tuesday, Muenster requested a recount.  Officials hope to have a final tally Friday night.  However, the recount could continue on Monday.  It will cost the county nearly $1,000.
