Festival Foods planned for Neenah

 NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) - A vacant building in Neenah is getting new life.

   

This week The former Pick 'n Save grocery store on Green Bay Road will be demolished.

   

Festival Foods plans to build a new store at the site.

   

The city needed to get a special permit from the DNR to cover part of a stream and expand the paved area for more parking spaces.

 

Festival Foods is expected to add about 125 full-time jobs.

 

The new grocery store should be open this fall.
