State Soccer Tournament: De Pere advances to D-1 Final

Following a 2-1 win over Kenosha Tremper Friday night, the De Pere Redbirds will play for their program's first ever state title on Saturday.

De Pere last made the state finals in 2007, when they finished as runners-up.

Notre Dame, Xavier, St. Mary Central, and Oostburg all made it to Milwaukee, but lost in semifinals on Friday.

Here is a look at the full schedule and results from the State Soccer Tournament:

Division 1

Quarterfinals:  Thursday, June 14

Game-1:  Kenosha Tremper (23-3-1) 3, Eau Claire Memorial (24-1-2) 3 (4-2 SO)  - Game Stat
Game-2:  De Pere (20-4-3) 1, Waukesha West (19-5-0) 0 - Game Stats
Game-3:  Madison West (16-7-2) 1, Divine Savior Holy Angels (17-5-2 0 - Game Stats
