Oshkosh (WFRV) The American Red Cross and event organizers are keeping close watch on Country USA fans making sure they're okay in the extreme heat.
Tens of thousands of fans are enjoying the festival daily. And with temperatures in the 90's, concert goers need to be careful.
Country USA owners say fans need to be smart, drink lots of water and go under the tents when bands aren't playing.
The Red cross says they saw about 15 people Tuesday with heat related emergencies. It was something they expected and none of them were serious.
"We got them cooled down, got them sipping liquids, got them water. And once they felt well enough, we sent them on their way to enjoy the rest of the day." Said Lucas Rappert from the American Red Cross.
The Red Cross had not seen any heat related emergencies as of 5:00 Wednesday night.
Emergency officials say fans need to stay hydrated with lots of water or sports drinks.
The Red Cross has free water and there is plenty for sale on the grounds.
