Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--An Ashwaubenon man charged in the death of his infant daughter is due in Brown County court Thursday morning.
30-year old Scott Conklin is accused of laying his 9-week old baby face down on a couch,  where she later was discovered lifeless.
A criminal complaint indicates Conklin fell asleep. He told police that an hour later, he noticed the baby was white, and called 9-1-1.
