Kittens Thrown From Moving Vehicle

NEENAH, Wisc. (WFRV) The search continues for the people responsible for throwing two kittens out of a moving vehicle.

The incident happened Saturday morning around 7:30am in Neenah. Witnesses say a black Jeep Wrangler was traveling southbound on South Commercial St. near Alexander Dr. when someone threw the kittens out of the passenger side window.

One kitten fell down a storm sewer. With the help of a citizen, police and fire personnel, the kitten was eventually rescued and taken to a local animal shelter.

Both kittens are doing fine.

As of this morning, police are still searching for those involved. The vehicle  is described as a black Jeep Wrangler with a soft convertible top. It was last seen in the area of County Highway A and South Commercial Street.
