Brothers charged in fatal hit and run crash

Green Bay, Wis. - (WFRV) Two brothers arrested in connection to a fatal hit and run in Green Bay have now been charged.

17-year-old Felix Ruiz is charged with hit and run involving death.

His brother, 21-year-old Rene Ruiz Mosqueda is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer.

Felix Ruiz was arrested Monday in Howard.

He's suspected of driving the car that struck and killed Daryl Wayka, and then fleeing to Mexico.

Ruiz's brother is also suspected of attempting to repair the car that killed Wayka.
