Ashwaubenon, Wis. (WFRV) - Ticket scalping restrictions will not undergo an overhaul in Ashwaubenon.

The village board has decided to keep a 1997 ordinance that requires sellers to buy a permit, pass a background check and carry liability insurance.

The one noticeable change in Ashwaubenon...permit costs have been lowered from $800 to $200.

However the price remains at $800 dollars for a permit to sell in Green Bay.
