Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) - Former governor Tommy Thompson stopped at Lambeau Field Sunday.

The Republican Candidate for Senate met with supporters and tried to speak to people who remain on the fence about their vote.

He says he enjoys meeting as many people as he can and campaigning at Lambeau Field is great way to spread his message.

"There's so many people that come to a Packers game and it's my kind of crowd," Thompson says.  People love to see me here and I love to be here.  And we get a tremendous receptions every time I come to a Packer game."

Meanwhile, Thompson's Democratic opponent, Tammy Baldwin spend her day on the western side of the state.

She campaigned in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and La Crosse.
