Police Search for Driver of Truck

MENASHA, Wisc. (WFRV) Police are asking for the public's help after child was approached on his way to school.

The incident took place Monday around 7:50am. A 9-year-old boy was waiting for a school bus at the intersection of Manitoba and Lugano Street in the City of Menasha. An unknown male pulled up and offered to give him a ride to school. The vehicle then left as the school bus came to pick up the child. The vehicle was last seen driving south on Manitoba Street.

The vehicle was described as a "beat up" older truck that may have had an extended cab. It was described as being medium brown in color with a diamond plated tool box behind the cab.

The driver of the vehicle was described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, with short black hair, wearing sunglasses with gray lenses, and a brown shirt.
