Appleton, Wis. (WFRV) - The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton is making moves to make sure it's around for future generations.

For the last 2-years, the P.A.C. has raised $17 million as part of its endowment program.

It's called the Keystone Campaign and the total goal is $25 million.

The money raised will provide long-term financial stability, go toward capital projects and give the P.A.C. sufficient cash reserves.

Officials will now try to raise 8-million dollars through public donations.

"We have a $90 million property here and we need to make sure we have enough to keep it world class quality which is what it is right now," P.A.C. President Susan Stockton says.

The P.A.C. hopes to have completed their endowment goal of $25 million by June 2014.
