DARBOY, Wis. (WFRV) An update now on Charlie Knuth: The Darboy child suffering a rare skin disease is now in the middle of another type of battle.  His mother, Trisha, is trying to get Charlie enrolled back in school.  He should be in the first grade.

But district leaders in Kimberly say the Knuth's missed their open enrollment deadline and won't be able to have an in-home tutor for Charlie this year.  The district says this is because the Knuth's technically live in the Kaukauna School District.

The Knuth's are trying to appeal the decision, but have been offered a similar in-home tutor through the Kaukauna School District.
