Nicolet Bank merger announced

Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--Green Bay's Nicolet National bank is about to expand.
    The bank plans to acquire Mid-Wisconsin Bank for about $10.2 million dollars.
    The merged company will have assets of about 1-point-1 billion dollars and 22 branches in northeast Wisconsin.
    The acquisition is expected to close next year.
    This merger would make Nicolet Bank one of the 10 biggest banks based in Wisconsin.
