U.S. Senator Kohl delivers farewell speech

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WFRV) - Wisconsin U.S. Senator Herb Kohl is bidding farewell.

Today, Senator Kohl addressed fellow senators in Washington, D.C. and the people of Wisconsin.

Senator Kohl was elected in 1988. He will be Wisconsin's second longest running serving United States senator at the completion of his term on January 2, 2013.
