Menasha Packaging buys New Jersey business

GREEN BAY, Wis (WFRV) Menasha Packaging Company has acquired Rand Diversified Company, based in Edison, New Jersey.
Both companies are privately held, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Mensha says ti will have 16 product fulfillment centers in eight states.
