Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)--There's a movement across the country to mark Human Trafficking Awareness Day today.
People were out with signs, spreading the message in Green Bay.
Similar efforts are being held in Oshkosh, Antigo and Milwaukee.
30-million people are trafficked for sex worldwide each year -- 3-million are children.
Local activists say it's important to remember these crimes happen right here at home.
