Paper Valley Hotel bought for $17 million

Green Bay, Wis (WFRV) - A very popular area hotel has new owners. The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton so for 17.8 million dollars.

It's most recent owners, "Watermark Hotel Investors" went into a court-ordered receivership in June after defaulting on a payment.

The new owners, Miami-based investment firm "L.N.R. partners," purchased the renowned hotel during an Outagamie County Sherriff's Sale.
