GREEN BAY, Wis (WFRV) - Update: The Green Bay Police released the names of the two parties found deceased in the residence.

Michael Carroll, a 49 year old male and his wife Kyung (Kim) Mccoy, a 52 year old female were located inside the residence deceased.

Green Bay Detectives continue to work with the Brown County Medical Examiner's Office in determining the cause of death. At this time the investigation is still ongoing and more will be released when available.

Investigators spent much of Thursday trying to find out how a married couple living at a home on West Point Rd. died.

"We found two deceased people laying in a bedroom on the floor, 49-year old male and a 52-year old female. There were no obvious signs of what caused their deaths, so at this point we treat it as a death investigation," said Capt. Todd Thomas at a press conference on scene.

The bodies were discovered after a co-worker of the man came by to check on him since he had not reported to work for a couple of days. Cops say they are investigating all possible angles, but report there were no obvious signs of trama to the victims.

"Well, its one of those we are in shock kind of things, we don't know what happened, we don't know what led to this," said neighbor Scott Milheiser.

Tim Kearns says he's lived next to the couple for about 15 years, and says the two had just returned from a trip to California.

"I'm sorry to hear about it, but life goes on," says Kearns.
