Xiong Makes Court Appearance

Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- A Little Chute teen appeared in court after been charged with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.

Pa Kou Xiong made her initial appearance in Outagamie County Court this morning. She was allegedly texting and driving when she hit and killed bicyclist James Weiss last summer. Police had to reconstruct the accident scene carefully before making the arrest.

Xiong's family did not comment. Her bond has been set at $15,000 and she is due back in court January 30.
