Students without warm winter clothes causing concern

De Pere, Wis.(WFRV)--Making sure kids are bundled up is a top priority on days like this.
    Still, teachers and school bus drivers in the DePere school district say they see students who aren't dressed in proper winter clothing.
    So what do teachers do when they spot such a student?
    Local Five's Tara Joyce takes a closer look.
