Green Bay city council to vote on ordinance exemption for police chief

Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) - The president of the Green Bay City Council says the city's next police chief must live within the community's boundaries.

   

And he's predicting the majority of the city council will feel the same way - even though the top candidate for the job lives in Abrams.
