'Oshcar' awards add fun to Oshkosh Public Museum

Oshkosh, Wis.(WFRV)--A local museum is bringing a bit of Hollywood to northeastern Wisconsin. 
    The Oshkosh Public Museum has created  a new exhibit titled "Outstanding Artifacts: The Oshcar Awards."

    The exhibit has gathered more than 100 outstanding artifacts in it's collection and is allowing the public to vote for their favorite. 

    The winning object will win the Oshcar Award.

    Oshkosh Public Museum Director, Brad Larson, "It's a fun way to  introduce people to history,  to introduce people to these fascinating objects, and some of these things are pretty darn cool."

    Voting closes on Sunday, February 10th. An awards ceremony will be held February 23rd.
