Hobart, Wis.(WFRV)-- On March 15, 2010, Julia Sumnicht died while on Spring Break in Miami.  Results of the investigation show that although Julia had been protecting herself by not indulging in alcohol or dangerous activities, Julia was the victim of and died of an overdose of GHB - a date rape drug.

The authorities in Florida have 'cold-cased' this investigation but through the efforts of a private investigation team, the parents have continued to uncover potential witnesses and additional information in this case. Specifically, two individuals are believed to be involved with Julia's death.
