Appleton, WI (WFRV) - The domestic partner of a Greenville woman found murdered at her home appeared in Outagamie County Court this morning.

Dianna Sivney, one of the three women in custody for the death of Lara Plamann that took place October 2007 is now charged. Meanwhile, the criminal complaint states that Dianna's daughter, Kandi, fired the gun that killed Plamman. She wasn't the intended shooter. That job was for Rosie Cambell who is also being charged in the case.

Lara's family says they are grateful for the work of the Outagamie County Sherriff's Department for making the arrests. "Without their dedication and perseverance in this case, we would of never gotten to where we are today, now we're in the courts so we're going to let them decide," said Casey Plamman, Lara's brother.

Dianna Sivney and her daughter, Kandi, also face a charge of party to solicitation of substantial battery.
