Oshkosh, Wis.(WFRV)-- We're getting our first look at the renovations at the Oshkosh Premier Waterfront Hotel. Formerly the Oshkosh City Center Hotel, the building is undergoing a 16 million dllar renovation.
Rich Batley is part of the group that bought the old hotel some 15 months ago.
Rich Batley, Oshkosh Premier Waterfront Hotel, "It's very exciting to see the finishes coming into place right now. We've been under de-construction for so long that its nice to see construction."
