APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) Another woman with alleged connections to a 2007 Greenville murder was in Outagamie County court Monday afternoon.  Rosie Campbell is one of two defendants in this case, who were extradited to Wisconsin from Minnesota last month.  While some of these women were long suspects in this case, prosecutors say Campbell only recently came forward with her side of the story.

The 38 year old Campbell sat quietly in Outagamie County Court.  She faces a felony homicide charge for her involvement in the 2007 death of Lara Plamann.  Plamann was found dead in a shed behind the Greenville home she shared with her partner, Dianna Siveny.  Prosecutors allege Siveny conspired with her daughter, Kandi Siveny, to kill Plamann because she believed Plamann was cheating on her.

According to the criminal complaint, Kandi Siveny met Campbell while selling drugs and meth in the Minnesota area.  Campbell was allegedly offered $5,000 to kill Plamann but ultimately couldn't go through with it.  Last week, Kandi Siveny made her first appearance in court.  The District Attorney believes Kandi Siveny shot Plamann... and Campbell was a witness.  Both Siveny's face felony homicide and solicitation of substantial battery charges.  They'll return to court on March 25th.  Campbell, however, will be back before a judge in May.  We asked D.A. Carrie Schneider about the possibilities of a plea deal: "It's something you always talk about at some point if sides are willing to - but it's still really early for that at this point."

Campbell's cash bond remains at one million dollars.  She's not allowed to have any contact with the other defendants in this case... and cannot contact any of Plamann's family members.
