BBB launches new program to protect consumers

APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Better Business Bureau has launched a new program to help consumers fight back at scammers.

The program is called "BBB Scam Stopper" and consumers can find facts and tips that will help them from becoming a target.

Local 5's Kris Schuller spoke with Susan Bach from the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau to get the details.
