The Green Bay City Council even passed a resolution requestion Kramer be inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

Kramer says he often talks to people involved with the NFL, including Commissioner Roger Goodell, and they are surprised to hear he's yet not in the Hall of Fame.

There's an online effort to promote Kramer's induction into the Hall of Fame.  Check out the website here.
