Green Bay women turn back Detroit, advance to Horizon Title Game

Megan Lukan led the way with 19 points, as the Green Bay womens basketball team moved one step closer to another NCAA Tournament berth on Friday night.

The Phoenix defeated Detroit, 71-54 in the Horizon League Tournament semifinals at the Kress Events Center.

Green Bay will now host Loyola at noon on Sunday in the championship game, with the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament at stake.
