Grand Chute, WI (WFRV)- It was all about safety today in Grand Chute, but that doesn't mean it didn't include some fun.

It was safety day at fire station one, and there were plenty of activities for young and old alike. The fire department was also celebrating its 75th year of keeping the community safe. Its a tradition for departments to honor their past, so a plaque was unveiled that will be placed at the entrance to the station remembering all the members of the department.

Close to a 1,000 kids went through the station today.
