It's the second straight Division 6 Championship for the Ledgers (13-0) who took a 14-0 lead in the second quarter after cashing in on a pair of Regis turnovers.
The Ramblers (12-1) rallied to tie the game at 14 late in the half, but with time running out in the second quarter, Evan Henderson hooked up with Ryan Grandlic on a touchdown pass, giving the Ledgers a 21-14 lead at the halftime break.
Henderson threw a pair of touchdown passes, and his 14 completions set a new D-6 title game record. Receiver Eric Feldner caught 9 passes (also a D-6 record) and a touchdown.
For Springs head coach Bob Hyland, the win gives him 12 state championships in a storied 41 year career, which has seen him become Wisconsin's all-time winningest coach.
