Road Trip: History Museum at the Castle

APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - Appleton's rich history comes alive inside the History Museum at the Castle. The exhibits are housed in an early 1900's Masonic Temple. It is located on the east end of Downtown Appleton.
A permanent exhibit pays tribute to one Appleton's most famous residents, Harry Houdini. The hands on exhibit allows people to try out some of his most famous magic tricks.
A brand new exhibit explores the progressive era through photography. The interactive exhibit uses Smartphone apps to compare the past and present.
