By: Nick Goddard
Updated: March 7, 2012
Madison (UW Athletics) - The #25 ranked Wisconsin men's basketball team improved to 17-5 on the season and 6-3 in the Big Ten with a 57-50 win over No. 17 Indiana Thursday night at the Kohl Center.

The win was Wisconsin's fifth in a row, marking the first five-game win streak within a Big Ten season since 2008-09 (Feb. 5-19)

The Badgers have now won nine in a row against Indiana, which ties for the third-longest winning streak by any opponent against the Hoosiers, with the last occurrence coming in 1935

UW has won 11 in a row at the Kohl Center vs. Indiana. The Hoosiers' last win in Madison came in 1999

Ben Brust led UW with 13 points, one of four Badgers in double figures.  Ryan Evans scored 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds
