Wisconsin bounced from NCAA Tournament

Boston, Mass. (WFRV) Syracuse was just too much for the Wisconsin Thursday night as they rolled to a 64-63 win over the Badgers.
The #1 seeded Orange outscored the #4 Badgers 30 to 10 in the paint, but the Badgers couldn't be stopped from 3-point range until late in the game.
The Badgers finished 14 of 27 from 3-point range but couldn't make one in the final six minutes of the game.
Down just one point Wisconsin's senior guard Jordan Taylor tried to beat the buzzer with a three point shot that would have won the game. But his shot was long and bounced off the rim. Sophmore guard Josh Gasser unsuccessfuly tried to rebound and shoot.
Syracuse will now be playing for a spot in the Final Four against Ohio State.
