NCAA Tournament: Kansas Holds off N.C. State

The Kansas Jayhawks overcame a slow start Friday night, defeating the North Carolina State Wolfpack 60-57 to advance to the Elite 8 of the NCAA tournament.
The #11 seed Wolfpack jumped out to a 13-3 lead in the first half, but Kansas went on a 20-4 run, taking a 23-17 lead. N.C. State wrestled the lead back, 33-32 at halftime.The #2 seed Jayhawks took the lead early in the second half, and hung on for the three point victory. They will face North Carolina, and their former head coach Roy Williams, in the regional final on Sunday in St. Louis
