Gamblers to be presented Anderson Cup Friday

The USHL will present the Anderson Cup to the Gamblers before their game against Youngstown this Friday, March 30, 7:05p at the Resch Center. The Anderson Cup is given annually to the team that posts the best regular season record in the 16-team United States Hockey League.
The Gamblers currently hold a 42-8-3 record (87 points) with seven games remaining. Finishing with the most points in the regular season also guarantees home-ice advantage for the Gamblers throughout the Clark Cup Playoffs.
It is the third time in the past four years that the Gamblers have captured the Anderson Cup and the fifth time in team history they have earned the regular season title.
