Report: Nick Collins to meet with Packers next week to discuss future.

One of the agents for Packers safety Nick Collins told ESPN on Tuesday that his client would be flying to Green Bay next week to talk about returning to the NFL or retiring due to a neck injury.
Collins reportedly heard a recommendation from the doctor who performed neck fusion surgery on him last fall. Alan Herman, Collins' co-agent, didn't reveal what that was, or the results of a battery of tests Collins underwent in New York last week.
Herman reportedly told ESPN that a decision would likely be made regarding Collins' future following his meetings with Packers management and team doctors.
